Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in legal recruitment.
Strong understanding of the private practice legal market in the UK.
Proven ability to source and place high-level legal professionals.
Experience in headhunting and executive search techniques.
Excellent professional networking and relationship skills.
Knowledge of legal qualifications and career paths (LPC, NQ, etc.).
Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
Ability to meet high-value placement targets.
Proficiency in managing complex offer negotiations.
