We are looking for an energetic Industrial Recruiter to join our Newcastle branch and focus on the blue-collar sector. You will be responsible for a 360-degree recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to client site visits and account management. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing essential staffing solutions to industrial businesses.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in industrial or blue-collar recruitment.
Proficiency in candidate interviewing and screening techniques.
Strong ability to manage high volumes of job applications.
Experience in conducting client site visits and service reviews.
Solid understanding of industrial employment legislation.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A valid driving license for client meetings and site visits.
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Familiarity with various job boards and social media sourcing.
