INDUSTRIAL BRANCH MANAGER @ RUTH MORAN
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Branch Manager to take charge of our industrial recruitment operations in the Newcastle area. In this senior role, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including staff management, financial budgeting, and strategic growth. You will lead by example, maintaining high-level client relationships and ensuring that our recruitment services meet the demanding needs of the industrial sector.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per year plus commission. This is a critical leadership role for an individual with extensive experience in industrial staffing and a desire to take their career to the next level. You will have the autonomy to implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and profitability while managing a dedicated team of recruiters.

Key Requirements
Significant experience in the industrial recruitment sector.
Proven track record in branch management or senior leadership.
Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations in industrial settings.
Experience in high-volume recruitment and staffing solutions.
Strong financial acumen and P&L responsibility experience.
Expertise in client retention and strategic account management.
Ability to train and develop recruitment staff at all levels.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A deep understanding of the local Newcastle job market.
Degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
