Key Requirements
Extensive experience in digital or marketing recruitment.
Prior experience in a managerial or lead consultant capacity.
Deep understanding of the digital landscape and marketing trends.
Proven ability to build and maintain a digital recruitment desk.
Creative sourcing skills using social media and digital platforms.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Data-driven approach to recruitment and team performance.
Ability to manage high-level client accounts and partnerships.
Proficiency in modern recruitment tech stacks and ATS.
