A dedicated Commercial Perm Manager is required to lead recruitment efforts in the commercial sector for our Leeds branch. You will be responsible for overseeing the permanent placement desk, ensuring high-quality service to both clients and candidates. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and the mentorship of junior consultants to achieve branch objectives.
This role offers a competitive salary of 30-35k plus a 15% commission structure. Key Requirements
Significant experience in commercial recruitment and permanent placements.
Experience in a management or lead consultant role.
Strong business development skills to attract new commercial clients.
Ability to manage a high-volume desk while maintaining quality.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and CRM software.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
Comprehensive understanding of the Leeds commercial job market.
