This role involves managing a team of consultants, setting KPIs, and driving business development within the commercial sector. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the delivery of top-tier candidates to our diverse client base, maintaining the high standards of service our company is known for.
The salary for this role is between £30,000 and £35,000 per year, plus a 15% commission.
