Roxico888 is seeking a talented and creative Brand Designer to join our team in Tanzania. You will be responsible for designing posters, brochures, logos, and complete Visual Identity (VI) materials that maintain and unify the company’s overall visual branding style. Your work will also involve creating promotional graphics for social media platforms and performing basic short-video editing and photo retouching to support our marketing efforts.
You will work closely with the marketing and project teams to deliver high-quality designs on time, revising and improving drafts based on specific project requirements. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to work independently on creative projects. Key Requirements
Proficient in Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), CorelDRAW (CDR), and other design software
Strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of brand visual standards
Ability to independently complete creative design projects from concept to completion
Familiarity with social media promotional content and digital branding requirements
Basic video editing and image retouching skills are an advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
Experience in promotional copywriting and graphic design is preferred
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under strict deadlines
Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in VI materials and social media graphics
Understanding of layout, typography, and color theory for brand consistency
