As the HR Manager, you will lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes. You will also develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, manage employee relations, and oversee performance management and staff development programs. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of HR experience in a similar professional role.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
Ability to develop and implement organizational strategies.
Proficiency in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
Experience with performance management systems.
Strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
