The company provides fresh and frozen food solutions, transforming raw ingredients into high-quality goods for the consumer market. They are currently looking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Representative to help drive their mission of innovation and customer satisfaction.
The Sales and Marketing Representative will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding the company's consumer base in Dar es Salaam. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing product distribution across assigned routes, and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts and supermarkets. The role also involves executing marketing campaigns, monitoring competitor pricing, and coordinating with operations to ensure timely product deliveries and accurate reporting.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or food sectors.
Proven experience working with supermarkets, retail chains, and modern trade channels.
Solid knowledge of cold chain handling and food product distribution logistics.
Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and build lasting retail relationships.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, merchandising, and CRM tools.
Ability to conduct market analysis and monitor competitor pricing and trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer relationship building.
Results-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to operate a sales vehicle responsibly.
