Rology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CME & Partnerships Lead to significantly expand its footprint in Kenya. Based in Nairobi and operating primarily in a field-based capacity, this full-time role is crucial for establishing strong relationships across the local healthcare ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality professional engagement activities and developing strategic partnerships to increase Rology's presence and impact within the region. This role requires maintaining a monthly activity calendar and professionally representing Rology in all external engagements and meetings.

This role acts as a bridge between strategic partnership development and commercial opportunity generation. Key functions include building and managing alliances with major healthcare stakeholders, meticulously planning and executing educational sessions and stakeholder events, and ensuring operational discipline in all logistical aspects, including invitations and follow-up. The Lead will collaborate closely with the Sales team to track leads generated through these activities, ensuring they are progressed effectively and contribute to qualified commercial growth for Rology. A relationship-driven approach, coupled with strong execution ability, is paramount for success in achieving defined performance measures related to partnership activation, engagement quality, and conversion support.

Key Requirements

5 –8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, medical engagement, events, or related roles (healthcare preferred). Strong network-building ability. Confidence engaging clinical and administrative stakeholders. Proven ability to run events or engagement programs end-to-end with operational discipline. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Comfortable working in a field-based role with frequent in-person meetings. Relationship building and stakeholder management expertise. Strong planning, execution, and logistics discipline. Commercial orientation and follow-through. Ownership and reliability.
