SENIOR SALES AND KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE HORECA/FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY @ ROAR CAPITAL
Roar Capital is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales and Key Accounts Executive to join our team in the HORECA and Food Service industry. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by identifying, approaching, and securing new customers within the hospitality sector. You will be expected to build and nurture long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, including Executive Chefs, F&B Managers, and Procurement Directors, ensuring that our product offerings meet their specific business needs.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing hospitality accounts while systematically increasing sales per customer. You will lead the preparation of detailed commercial proposals and conduct regular onsite product demonstrations and sampling sessions. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales strategy, maintain a deep understanding of market trends, and effectively communicate our value proposition to senior decision-makers in the food service space.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5-7 years of proven B2B sales experience in the hospitality or foodservice industry
Demonstrated track record of winning new business and growing high-value accounts
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with senior hospitality decision-makers
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving revenue targets
Comprehensive understanding of pricing structures, profit margins, and account potential
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional presentations
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and sampling sessions for clients
Proficiency in preparing detailed commercial proposals and business quotations
Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients
High level of professional integrity and a results-oriented mindset
