GROUP HR ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR @ ROAR CAPITAL
The Group HR Administration Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising day-to-day Human Resources administrative operations across the entire Group. Working under the guidance of the Group HR Manager, the supervisor ensures that all HR administrative functions are carried out efficiently and in compliance with established policies. Key duties include managing employee records, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing all employee correspondence to ensure professional and timely communication. The role also involves a significant focus on recruitment coordination, where the supervisor manages interview schedules and oversees the onboarding and induction activities for new employees. By supporting the implementation of HR policies and internal controls, the supervisor helps maintain a standardized and compliant workplace environment across all group subsidiaries. This position also provides essential support to payroll administration, ensuring that employee data is accurate for monthly processing.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources administration or operations.
At least two years in a supervisory or coordination role.
Strong exposure to recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.
Expertise in records management and maintaining HR filing systems.
Experience in payroll administration support and documentation.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Excellent employee relations and communication skills.
Proficiency in managing employee correspondence and induction programs.
Ability to coordinate administrative operations across multiple group locations.
