RIDA Group is actively seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to bolster its operations within Tanzania. This pivotal role encompasses a broad spectrum of HR functions, including diligent recruitment processes, seamless employee onboarding, fostering positive employee relations, and meticulous HR administration. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring robust labour compliance and accurate workforce reporting.
Furthermore, the role involves providing crucial support to site operations, ensuring the timely mobilization of the workforce and maintaining optimal operational readiness across various projects. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 5–6 years of HR experience, preferably in Tanzania
Experience in mining, construction, engineering, manufacturing, oil & gas, or heavy industry is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and labour compliance
Excellent communication, coordination, reporting, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR tracking systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
