HR OFFICER – RECRUITMENT @ REVERUSE
Reveruse is seeking a dedicated HR Officer specializing in recruitment to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
In addition to recruitment, the HR Officer will support broader HR functions including employee relations, record-keeping, and compliance with local labor laws. This role requires a professional who is highly organized, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is capable of managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR-related functions.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Proven experience in candidate sourcing and management systems.
Strong knowledge of general HR practices and administrative procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and database management.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
