BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER @ REIGNOVA TECHNOLOGIES
Reignova Technologies is looking for a dynamic Business Development Officer to drive revenue growth within the East African enterprise technology sector. This role focuses on identifying and closing high-value technology deals across key industries including banking, telecommunications, and government sectors. You will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and prospecting to final negotiation and deal closure.
The successful candidate will build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives, developing tailored proposals such as RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs that address complex business needs. You must possess a deep understanding of modern technological trends, including AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions, to effectively position our offerings as essential tools for digital transformation.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
Proven track record of identifying and closing high-value tech deals.
Expertise in managing the full sales lifecycle and pipeline management.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
In-depth knowledge of AI, cloud, and cybersecurity solution architectures.
Experience in developing professional proposals (RFP, RFQ, RFI).
Targeted sales experience in banking, telecommunications, or government sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
Professional certification in sales or business management is preferred.
