Our client is a well-established company in the edible oils manufacturing industry, primarily focused on producing pure sunflower seed oil and expanding its presence within the FMCG market. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete sales operations of the edible oil business in Tanzania, which involves creating comprehensive sales plans and driving market growth from the ground up. The role demands expertise in managing various sales channels including General Trade, Modern Trade, and HORECA. You will be expected to develop a robust distributor network across Tanzania, build strong relationships with key clients, and hire and manage a dedicated sales team. Your focus will be on increasing brand visibility and executing strategies that ensure the company meets its ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment. Key Requirements

5-7 years' experience in FMCG sales. Experience in edible oil or similar products preferred. Good knowledge of distribution and sales channels. Experience in GT, MT, LMT, and HORECA. Experience in Tanzania / East Africa is a plus. Ability to build teams and grow business. Self-driven and result-oriented with a go-getter attitude. Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently. Capacity to build sales infrastructure from zero. Passion for growth and performance in a multicultural environment.
