GENERAL MANAGER (GM) @ RED ENVELOPE
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance within the Gypsum Board industry in Tanzania. This is a strategic leadership role for an individual who can drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with sustainable and environmentally responsible practices. The GM will be instrumental in positioning the company as a market leader through comprehensive strategic planning and robust market penetration initiatives. Throughout the year, the focus will be on revenue growth via product innovation and cost optimization. You will oversee end-to-end operations spanning production, distribution, and sales while managing EBITDA margins and financial health. Building strong industry relationships and fostering a high-performance culture are essential components of this role. Candidates should have a proven ability to strengthen stakeholder relationships, including investors and regulatory bodies, while championing compliance with all environmental standards.
