The Sales Supervisor will lead the sales operations within the Nigeria region, specifically focusing on the Mobile Phones and 3C Consumer Electronics sector. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales targets, managing a dedicated team of promoters, and expanding the agent network across key states such as Lagos, Ibadan, and Kano. The role involves significant local market analysis and strategy implementation to compete with major brands such as Tecno, Infinix, and Samsung.
Key responsibilities include daily and weekly reporting on sales volume and trends, conducting root cause analysis, and developing actionable sales plans to drive growth. The supervisor must be adept at team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation of 5 to 15 sales representatives, while maintaining strong relationships with local distributors. Travel within Nigeria for store visits is a requirement for this full-time position. SALARY + COMMISSION (NEGOTIABLE).

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a high-paced environment.
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Prior experience in the mobile phone or 3C consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
Strong existing relationships with agents and distributors in Nigeria, including Lagos, Ibadan, and Kano.
In-depth understanding of Nigeria's mobile market landscape and consumer behavior.
Proven ability to manage, hire, and train a team of 5 to 15 sales promoters.
Proficiency in generating detailed daily and weekly sales and trend reports.
Strong analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and create strategic action plans.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an advantage.
Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across various states for store visits.
