Key Requirements
Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience with team management responsibility
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel across the region as required
Strong analytical skills for market trend assessment
Experience in budget management and financial forecasting
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team
