We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team at a modern Japanese restaurant concept located in Dubai at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). Our concept focuses on using fresh, high-quality ingredients with a focus on precision and a modern dining experience that serves both takeaway and dine-in customers. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene and operational kitchen standards. Salary: AED 3,500 – 5,500 (based on experience).

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Excellent knife skills and a deep knowledge of traditional and modern sushi techniques.
Comprehensive understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Ability to prepare sushi, sashimi, maki, and other Japanese specialties to high standards.
Efficiency in managing mise en place and daily kitchen preparation.
Demonstrated ability to control portioning and minimize food waste.
Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail regarding food presentation and quality.
