We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of integrated print, branding, and communication solutions across East Africa. The Client Service & Acquisition Executive will serve as the primary link between clients and internal production teams, ensuring that all branding needs are met with precision and excellence. This role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction while actively seeking out new market opportunities to grow the business footprint within the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex client briefs, tracking project lifecycles from inception to delivery, and supporting the development of strategic proposals and presentations. You will work closely with creative and technical teams to ensure that project outcomes align perfectly with client expectations. This position requires a balance of relationship management and proactive sales strategies to drive revenue and brand impact in Dar es Salaam and beyond.

Key Requirements
Extensive experience in client service, account management, or business development roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage key accounts.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Previous professional experience in printing, advertising, or marketing industries is highly preferred.
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of commercial awareness and market trends.
Proficiency in interpreting client briefs and coordinating effectively with internal creative teams.
Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and lead generation.
Excellent presentation skills for pitching proposals and representing the company to high-level stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to track project progress, ensure quality control, and timely delivery.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative, and results-oriented environment.
