RECACHA GENERAL TRADERS is hiring 10 Corporate Sales Officers across various cities in Tanzania, including Mwanza, Bukoba, Kahama, Tabora, and Geita. This position is vital for expanding our merchant payment solutions (Lipa kwa Simu) and acquiring new corporate clients.
Successful applicants will be expected to engage potential leads, demonstrate our financial products, and consistently meet set targets. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with high integrity who are comfortable working with minimal supervision in their respective cities.

Resident of the specific location applied for (Mwanza, Bukoba, Kahama, Tabora, or Geita).
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet ambitious sales targets.
High level of professional integrity and self-motivation.
Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting.
Knowledge of digital payment systems.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
