As the Head of Sales for our Animal Feeds division, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and driving significant growth across the Poultry, Cattle, and Swine segments. You will play a pivotal role in developing retail and distributor networks, ensuring that our products reach farmers and agribusinesses effectively. Your leadership will involve managing key accounts and overseeing the control of receivables to ensure financial health alongside sales volume. This position offers an attractive salary package complemented by a performance-based commission.

The work location is based in Dar es Salaam, serving as a hub for regional operations to maximize market penetration and service delivery to our expanding client base.

Key Requirements
5+ Years in Sales Leadership
Experience in Animal Feed / Veterinary / Agribusiness
Proven Track Record in Managing Sales Teams & Distribution Networks
Strong Knowledge of the Livestock Sector in Tanzania
Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
