SALES ADMIN / CRM ASSISTANT @ REALTOR SULTAN
Realtor Sultan is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin / CRM Assistant to support our commercial launch team in Nairobi. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our sales data and ensuring that our lead management systems, including HubSpot and Salesforce, are accurate and up-to-date. You will work closely with the sales team to provide the administrative support necessary for high-volume transactions and property sales.
Your responsibilities will include updating Excel trackers, preparing comprehensive daily and weekly reports, and tracking pipeline movement to assist management decisions. Key Requirements
Must be a University Graduate (Graduates Only).
Experience in admin, CRM management, or sales support roles.
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
Advanced Excel and general computer software skills.

Ability to prepare daily and weekly analytical reports.
