AI SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT / LEAD @ REACH GROUP
We are currently seeking a senior-level AI Solutions Architect / Lead for a prestigious client located in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal for driving AI strategy and digital transformation initiatives within the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess over eight years of experience and have a proven track record of leading the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI and Machine Learning solutions. This position requires a professional who is currently based in the UAE and can effectively manage high-level stakeholders while overseeing complex technical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architecture, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring that AI solutions are seamlessly integrated with existing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and Data Lakes. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector. Expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps is essential, along with a solid understanding of AI governance and ethical practices. Certifications in major cloud platforms or enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF are highly desirable.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI and enterprise architecture.
Candidate must be currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
Open to Arab nationals and native English speakers only.
Prior experience working within the Financial Services or Banking industry.
Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning technologies.
Proficiency in MLOps and cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Ability to lead end-to-end AI/ML solution architecture and deployment.
Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms like ERP, CRM, and Data Lakes.
Proven stakeholder management and leadership experience in a senior role.
Deep understanding of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
