BACKEND & FRONTEND DEVELOPERS (3 POSITIONS) @ RAYNESS ANALYTICA
RaYNESS ANALYTICA is currently seeking talented and motivated Backend and Frontend Developers to join our team in Kenya. This role focuses on enhancing and simplifying our online payment system to ensure a seamless transaction experience for our users. You will be tasked with improving user experience and increasing transaction efficiency across our live eCommerce environment. The successful candidates will be directly involved in the development and maintenance of our digital infrastructure, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to user needs.
As a member of the development team, you will work directly on high-impact projects, ensuring that our payment flows are robust and scalable. Key Requirements
Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails
Strong expertise in frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining online payment gateways and transaction systems
Must be a Kenyan Youth, meeting the age criteria for youth employment in Kenya
Ability to analyze and improve user experience (UX) within an eCommerce context
Solid understanding of transaction security and data protection protocols
Experience working within live production environments and eCommerce platforms
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on simplifying technical complexities
Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaborative development
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
