SALES EXECUTIVE @ RAMADA BEACH RESORT
Ramada Beach Resort is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive hotel revenue through room bookings, events, and banquet sales. The successful candidate will promote hotel services, achieve sales targets, and support customer satisfaction by coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
This role involves active participation in industry events and trade fairs to enhance the resort's visibility. The incumbent will be responsible for developing new business leads, managing client accounts, and preparing detailed sales proposals. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel or resort sales.
Strong existing network within the hospitality or corporate sectors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to conduct professional presentations and site inspections.
Strategic thinking regarding market trends and competitor analysis.
Commitment to high standards of customer service and professionalism.
