Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
Demonstrated experience in technical sales or business development within the engineering sector.
Strong understanding of infrastructure and development projects.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills to convey complex technical information.
Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Excellent customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in Tanzania's infrastructure sector.
