QuickDrops Logistics (QDL) is a fast-growing digital logistics marketplace connecting cargo owners with reliable transporters and drivers. We use technology to improve transparency, speed, and real-time visibility in logistics, helping businesses move goods more efficiently and cost-effectively. As a Junior Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be a key player in expanding our platform’s footprint in Nairobi, Kenya, by focusing on both shipper acquisition and driver onboarding. This role is essential for driving early platform adoption and ensuring a high-quality logistics experience for all users.
Your day-to-day activities will involve field-based sales and marketing, where you will engage with SMEs, wholesalers, and distributors to introduce them to QDL’s services. You will also be responsible for recruiting truck drivers and fleet owners, guiding them through the registration and verification process on our digital platform. By acting as a brand ambassador, you will distribute marketing materials, collect feedback, and support awareness campaigns in transport hubs and market areas. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a tech-logistics startup while gaining hands-on experience in growth and account management.

Key Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Sales, or a related field.
0–2 years of professional experience, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
Proven ability to work in a field-based, target-driven environment.
Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.
Basic proficiency in smartphone and application usage for digital tool guidance.
Self-driven attitude with a strong 'hustler' mentality and willingness to travel.
Ability to identify and engage SMEs, wholesalers, and distributors for transport services.
Experience in conducting cold calls and on-site presentations to potential clients.
Capability to validate key driver documents such as licenses, insurance, and permits.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with drivers and fleet owners.
