SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR @ QUEST REALTY LIMITED
Quest Realty is seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to spearhead the sale of serviced land plots in Kikuyu, Kiambu County. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who excels in the full deal cycle, from initial enquiry to final sale agreement and title transfer. You will be responsible for managing the entire transaction process, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers while meeting ambitious monthly and quarterly targets. The position requires a hands-on approach where you will own the sales process from start to finish, rather than working in a back-office support capacity.
The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives across various platforms, including digital, print, and on-site activations, to maintain a robust sales pipeline. By coordinating with legal, surveying, and finance teams, you will facilitate smooth title transfers and build lasting relationships with clients. This position offers a competitive base salary, performance commissions, and a direct path to senior leadership within the company. Candidates should be comfortable conducting site visits and walking buyers through the technicalities of land acquisition in Kenya.
