BUILD MATERIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE @ PROZHAO
Prozhao is looking for passionate, energetic, and target-oriented Sales Representatives to join their growing team. This role focuses on promoting and selling building materials, identifying new customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will be based in Kigamboni – Kilimanjaro Industrial Park, GSM Kisarawe 2, within the Dar es Salaam region of Tanzania. Responsibilities include meeting assigned sales targets and preparing comprehensive daily and monthly sales reports. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. A willingness to work in the specified location and under pressure to achieve sales goals is essential. Applicants should be ready for an online interview before being invited for a face-to-face interview at the company.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials sector.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Demonstrated capacity to meet and exceed challenging sales targets.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
Must be willing to work at Kigamboni – Kilimanjaro Industrial Park, GSM Kisarawe 2.
