BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER @ PROFORCE INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS
Proforce Intelligence Systems is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Abuja. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value business opportunities within the defense and cybersecurity sectors. Your primary focus will involve establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with government procurement units, defense agencies, and private security firms to drive the company's growth objectives. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure that our innovative solutions align perfectly with the complex needs of our diverse client base.
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the charge in market expansion by executing strategic sales plans and monitoring competitor activities and industry trends. Your performance will be measured against key indicators such as revenue targets, the value of contracts won, and the conversion rate of your sales pipeline. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is not only skilled in negotiation and contract management but also possesses a deep understanding of ICT and defense technology. The role requires frequent travel within and outside Nigeria to maintain a strong market presence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or any related field.
An MBA degree is considered a significant advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in business development, preferably in cybersecurity, ICT, or defense technology.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and current market dynamics.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business growth targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Must be a self-motivated, strategic thinker, and result-oriented professional.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Candidates should be less than 30 years of age.
Ability to lead proposal development, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
Willingness to travel frequently within and outside of Nigeria.
