HR & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER @ PREDICTIONLA
Predictionla, in partnership with Umoja International, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR & Administration Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources and operational administrative functions. This role is pivotal in maintaining the company's core values of consistency, ambition, and integrity while fostering a productive work environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Business Partner and will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, managing employee lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations across our Tanzania operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar HR managerial role within a microfinance institution.
Deep understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding processes.
Strong proficiency in compensation and benefits administration.
Ability to handle complex disciplinary matters and grievance procedures with high ethical standards.
Excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in supervising and mentoring HR teams.
Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis for operational insights.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process improvement.
