BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - OIL & GAS @ PRAAXIS
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts within the Oil & Gas, EPC, and Construction segments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing project sales by leveraging a deep understanding of the energy and infrastructure sectors. You will work closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs in the steel and oil markets. The salary offered for this position is 8000 USD per month, which is inclusive of all benefits.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex sales cycles and provide technical insights during the negotiation process. We are specifically looking for professionals who are currently available in Dubai or neighboring regions such as Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or Oman to ensure a seamless transition into the local market operations.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Sales within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or Construction segments.
Proven track record of developing and cultivating new client relationships in the industrial sector.
Must have well-established contacts and relationships with clients and engineers in the Steel/Construction and Oil & Gas markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Current residence or immediate availability in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, or Oman.
Ability to manage complex project sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure.
Strong technical understanding of steel structures and engineering requirements in the oil industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for high-level stakeholder management.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify emerging opportunities within the energy sector.
Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
