Positka is a leading provider of Cybersecurity and IT Operations solutions for blue-chip enterprises, currently expanding its presence across the United Kingdom and Europe. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Enterprise Cybersecurity Business Development Executive to join our growing global team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the UK cybersecurity market, engaging with enterprise clients, and building strong, long-lasting customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and pre-sales teams to deliver impactful solutions that leverage leading OEM technologies such as Cisco, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, and Microsoft.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional passionate about technology and client engagement to be part of an early-stage growth journey in a global market. Candidates will be expected to manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and pipeline building to closing complex deals. The role is based in London with a hybrid work structure, requiring presence in the office 2-3 days a week. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong ability to translate technical requirements into business value for high-level stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Requirements

2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably enterprise sales. Strong ability to engage prospects and build meaningful client conversations. Understanding of cybersecurity or IT solutions is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue. Experience working with leading OEM solutions such as Cisco, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, and Microsoft. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a professional environment. Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management and reporting. Strong presentation skills to deliver impactful solutions to enterprise clients. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, attending the London office 2-3 days a week.
