WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR @ POSEIDON LOGISTICS
Responsible for the day-to-day running of our Container Freight Station (CFS), including meticulous cargo handling, precise inventory control, effective team supervision, and strict compliance with all relevant regulations. This role ensures smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
This position is based in Tanzania within the Operations department. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, operationally strong, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, playing a critical role in managing our freight station effectively.

Key Requirements
3-5 years of warehouse experience
Proven experience in Container Freight Station (CFS) operations
Proficiency in cargo handling and storage procedures
Strong skills in inventory control and management systems
Ability to supervise and lead a warehouse team effectively
Knowledge of compliance regulations in warehousing and logistics
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Certification in forklift operation or similar equipment
