PNFV Bahati Limited, the official distributor of Penticare, Freshbaby, and Venus in Tanzania, is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Sales & Distribution to spearhead our commercial operations in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market penetration, expanding distribution networks, and fostering key partnerships across the region to ensure the consistent growth of our personal care brand portfolio.
As the Head of Sales & Distribution, you will play a critical role in shaping our route-to-market strategies, managing regional sales teams, and optimizing supply chain efficiencies. We are looking for a visionary leader who can analyze market trends, effectively manage departmental budgets, and inspire a diverse team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets while maintaining excellence in product placement and brand visibility.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in FMCG sales and distribution.
Expertise in developing and implementing effective route-to-market strategies.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze market data and generate actionable sales reports.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern CRM software.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets.
Deep understanding of the Tanzanian retail landscape and consumer behavior.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
