SENIOR LOAN OFFICER (2 POSITIONS) @ PLATINUM CREDIT
Platinum Credit is looking for a Senior Loan Officer to join the Sales (SME) department in Dar es Salaam. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth running of branch operations and provide overall direction to the team to meet targets and budgets. The successful candidate will be tasked with achieving monthly sales targets and monitoring daily repayments for Assistant Loan Officers to maintain a healthy portfolio. Beyond operational duties, the Senior Loan Officer will guide and motivate their team towards higher productivity levels while ensuring that high ethical standards are strictly maintained across all activities. This role requires a balance of leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on sales management to succeed in a competitive financial market. Candidates must be prepared to handle reporting and maintain open lines of communication with branch management. Key Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or any related business field.
At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the financial sector.
Proficiency in computer applications and management software.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for daily operational challenges.
