In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential SME clients, conducting thorough credit assessments, and managing the entire loan application process to ensure timely disbursement. The successful candidates will act as a bridge between the company and our business clients, providing financial solutions tailored to their specific needs while maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. You will work within the Dar es Salaam region to drive growth and represent our brand values in the market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in loan officer roles, specifically focusing on SME lending.
Proven ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow projections.
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment for financial institutions in Tanzania.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective client relationship management.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales and collection targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with core banking or CRM software.
High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain complex financial products to clients.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
