Platinum Credit Ltd is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Team Leader based in Unguja, Zanzibar. This leadership role involves the strategic recruitment, training, and coaching of a high-performing sales team. The primary goal is to drive sales excellence and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets while maintaining the highest standards of service.
You will be responsible for overseeing the portfolio's performance and ensuring all reporting is submitted accurately and on time. This position requires a leader who can inspire a team and manage local operations effectively, contributing to the 'There when you need us' company motto and strengthening the branch's presence in the Zanzibar region. Key Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or any Business-related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
Proficiency in computer applications.
Ability to coach, lead, and manage a team.
Good customer care skills.
Possess analytical skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Good problem analysis and solving skills.
Experience in recruiting and training sales teams.
Ability to ensure team achievement of sales targets.
