CNG PRODUCT SUPERVISOR @ PLATINUM CREDIT LTD
Platinum Credit Ltd is seeking a dedicated and strategic CNG Product Supervisor to join our Sales (LBF) department in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our CNG loan products by developing innovative sales strategies and managing high-performing teams. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships with CNG conversion centers, vehicle dealers, and fleet owners to expand our market reach and ensure consistent customer acquisition.
In this role, you will lead a team of sales agents, providing them with the necessary training and motivation to achieve their targets. You will also oversee the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring that loan applications are processed efficiently and adhere to company credit policies. This position requires a proactive professional who can conduct field visits to strengthen partner relationships and monitor portfolio quality to maintain healthy delinquency levels. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of proven experience in a professional sales environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales agents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strategic partnerships.
Analytical mindset to monitor sales pipelines, portfolio quality, and delinquency rates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for effective reporting.
Ability to conduct field visits and manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
Deep understanding of credit policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.
Strategic planning abilities to achieve growth and profitability targets for financial products.
