SENIOR SALES & KEY ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE – HORECA / FOODSERVICE @ PILGRAM GROUP INTERNATIONAL
Pilgram Group International (PGI) is hiring a Senior Sales & Key Accounts Executive to drive growth across hotels, resorts, restaurants, catering, and the wider foodservice sector in Zanzibar. This senior leadership role is focused on winning high-value accounts, growing key relationships, and expanding PGI’s presence in the hospitality market through strategic product penetration and cross-selling. The executive will conduct client visits, deliver presentations, and manage CRM pipelines while tracking market trends and pricing opportunities. By working closely with operations, logistics, and finance departments, the candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery. This position requires a proactive individual with deep knowledge of the Zanzibar hospitality network and the ability to influence senior decision-makers like chefs and F&B managers. Successful candidates will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensuring PGI remains a market leader in the region.
Key Requirements
5–7+ years of professional B2B sales experience.
Strong background in hospitality, foodservice, or the FMCG sector.
Proven ability to identify, win, and grow high-value accounts.
Excellent commercial awareness with strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to interact confidently with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
Possession of a valid driving license for client visits and fieldwork.
Extensive existing network within the Zanzibar hospitality industry.
Previous experience working directly with chefs, F&B managers, and procurement teams.
Proficiency in managing CRM pipelines, reporting, and sales forecasting.
Strong organizational skills to coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance departments.
