The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and detailing a wide range of pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and various healthcare professionals. The role involves developing and maintaining robust relationships with healthcare providers to ensure high product awareness and consistent prescription rates. Candidates must be adept at gathering market intelligence and performing competitor analysis to help refine sales strategies to stay ahead in the competitive pharmaceutical market.

Key Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Human Sciences or a related field
At least 1 year and above work experience as a Medical Representative
Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective networking
Applicants must be residing in Dar es Salaam
Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives
Experience in gathering market intelligence and competitor analysis
Proficiency in conducting professional presentations to medical staff
