TEAM LEADER @ PFI COMPANY
The Team Leader will oversee a major assignment in the energy and clean cooking sector. This role requires a visionary leader capable of managing a multidisciplinary team, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving national-level energy initiatives. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction and technical oversight to ensure project deliverables are met within the agreed timelines. The role is based in Tanzania and involves close collaboration with government entities and international partners to promote clean cooking solutions.
Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Energy Economics, Environmental Management, Engineering, or Public Policy
At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in national-level assignments
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proven track record in energy sector project management
Proficiency in report writing and documentation
Knowledge of international energy standards
Ability to mentor and supervise multidisciplinary teams
Fluency in English and Swahili is preferred
