BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD @ PANA AFRICAN TALENT HUB
The Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving the growth of sustainable bicycle mobility solutions within the Mwanza region. You will identify new market opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and lead initiatives that expand the reach and impact of World Bicycle Relief's programs.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex commercial environments and build long-term partnerships. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure that our bicycle ecosystems are integrated effectively into local community development projects.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in business development or a related field
Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Tanzania
Ability to build and manage professional partnerships
Experience in project management and coordination
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Proficiency in English and Swahili
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
Strong networking abilities within local communities
