FIELD COORDINATOR / PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR (2 POSITIONS) @ PAN AFRICAN TALENT HUB
The Field Coordinator / Partnership Coordinator role at Pan African Talent Hub focuses on managing and expanding the organization's network of partners. Candidates will be responsible for coordinating activities on the ground to support impactful programs across various regions in Tanzania. This includes facilitating communication between local teams and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
This position requires a professional who is passionate about community-based programs and sustainable development. The successful candidate will work closely with local stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services and the achievement of organizational goals. Locations for this role may include multiple regions such as Dodoma, Morogoro, and beyond, depending on program needs.

Key Requirements
Experience in partnership management or community outreach.
Strong coordination skills for field-based operations.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related.
Experience working within the social enterprise or NGO sector.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Willingness to work in remote or rural locations within Tanzania.
Ability to prepare detailed field reports and impact assessments.
High level of adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
