FINANCE MANAGER @ PAG PRO AGRO GLOBAL
PAG Pro Agro Global is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the overarching planning, directing, and controlling of the company's financial resources, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and regulatory compliance. You will play a critical role in supporting the management team by providing accurate reporting, effective internal controls, and sound financial decision-making to drive strategic objectives. This position requires a professional capable of managing diverse financial tasks including budgeting, risk assessment, and treasury management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field
Mandatory CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Minimum of 4 years of professional finance experience
Advanced proficiency in finance software, specifically Tally
Strong understanding of statutory compliance and financial regulations
Demonstrated expertise in financial risk management and internal controls
Proven experience in team leadership and strategic advisory
Excellent proficiency in financial reporting and cash flow management
Ability to coordinate audits and manage banking/treasury operations
Skilled in procurement, cost control, and payroll management
