EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE – AUTOMOTIVE SPARE PARTS @ PACT EMPLOYMENT
We are seeking a results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our growing automotive team in Dubai. This role is focused on the automotive aftermarket, specifically managing the export sales of spare parts for major Japanese, Korean, and Chinese brands including Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, KIA, Hyundai, Changan, Chery, MG, and Haval. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our international market presence, and conducting thorough competitor analysis to ensure a competitive edge in the global market.
In addition to business development, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling complex pricing negotiations, and ensuring successful deal closures. You will work in close coordination with internal logistics and support teams to manage order fulfillment and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual capable of achieving ambitious sales targets, improving profit margins, and providing accurate sales reports and forecasts for the Dubai-based operations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales within the aftermarket sector.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, preferably in Automotive, Sales, or Marketing fields.
Strong knowledge of export markets and international shipping procedures.
Familiarity with the Nasa Square market is considered a significant advantage.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
Proven ability to manage export sales for brands like Toyota, Nissan, KIA, and Hyundai.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving profit margins.
Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Strong analytical skills for conducting market and competitor research.
