Key Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operations, business development, or leadership roles
Proven track record in the bakery or food production industry
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to drive business growth and optimize internal processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards
Experience in market analysis and competitive strategy development
