SOUS CHEF @ OUTSTANDING SOLUTIONS
We are seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join a dynamic hospitality team in Arusha. As the second-in-command in the kitchen, you will support the Executive Chef in daily operations, ensuring that all food production meets specific standards and timelines. This role involves supervising kitchen staff, assisting in inventory management, and standing in for the Executive Chef when necessary to maintain consistent quality and service.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution
At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in high-volume kitchen environments
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods and ingredients
Meticulous attention to detail and quality control
Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen brigade
Advanced knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
Ability to manage kitchen inventory and reduce waste
